Introduction
Massage Mode, owned by Silver Dessert Holdings LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to notices of alleged infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Massage Mode’s designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

• Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Massage Mode has removed or to which Massage Mode has disabled access.
• Provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or [Country, City] if you are located outside of the United States).
• Include the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”
• Sign the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers
Massage Mode will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
