Welcome to Massage Mode! To ensure a professional and respectful environment for massage therapists and users, please adhere to the following Advertising Guidelines. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
1. Content Restrictions
1.1 No Explicit or Pornographic Content
Advertisements must not contain explicit nudity or pornographic material.
1.2 No Sexually Suggestive Language
Descriptions and text must refrain from using sexually suggestive language or explicit content.
1.3 No Illegal Activities or Substances
Advertisements promoting illegal activities or substances are strictly prohibited.
1.4 No Discriminatory or Offensive Language
Any content that includes discriminatory or offensive language is not allowed.
1.5 No False or Misleading Information
Advertisers must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles.
1.6 No Inappropriate Written Content
Any written content, including but not limited to profiles, messages, or communications, should be professional, respectful, and free from explicit or suggestive language.
2. Image Guidelines
2.1 No Explicit or Sexually Suggestive Poses
Photographs should not feature explicit or sexually suggestive poses.
2.2 No Graphic Genitalia Exposure
Images must not contain graphic or explicit genitalia exposure.
2.3 No Offensive or Inappropriate Gestures
Advertisers should avoid offensive or inappropriate gestures in their images.
3. Profile Information
3.1 Real and Publicly Displayed Usernames
Advertisers must use real and publicly displayed usernames.
3.2 Legitimate and Current Contact Information
Phone numbers, text message numbers, and email addresses must be legitimate and current.
3.3 Cities of Operation
Advertisers should clearly state the cities in which they offer their massage services.
3.4 Approval Process
3.4.1 Every profile undergoes a manual review within 4 to 24 hours of submission.
3.4.2 Massage Mode reserves the right to reject or remove any profile that violates these guidelines to maintain the integrity of our platform.
4. Spam, Unsolicited Offers, and System Abuse
4.1 Users must refrain from engaging in spam, unsolicited offers, or abusing the system. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unsolicited messages sent to users, including those of a commercial nature.
- Impersonation of another user, therapist, employee, or other entity in communications.
- Any other misleading, fake, or malicious communication.
- Harvesting information about our community members or directing them to external websites or apps to collect their information.
- Abusing our reporting system or otherwise exploiting tools meant to protect the community.
- Posting a large quantity of ads but rarely (or never) responding to interested users.
5. Fraudulent or Illegal Activity
5.1 Users must not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
Falsifying information. Using Massage Mode for any fraudulent purpose. Violating any law or regulation while using Massage Mode.
6. Use at Your Own Risk
6.1 Massage Mode provides its platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that you are using the platform at your own risk.
