I studied massage in India and Hawaii and created my own modality of relaxation nervous and muscles systems
I do Ayurvedic massage with essential oils and coconut oil with aromatherapy with a different pressure - soft, medium and more deep, depend how you like, long strokes
During the all session I play mantras
I add essential oils mixing with coconut oil, what’s your body need the most in this moment and balancing your energy by movements and aromatherapy
I do Reiki during the all session. It’s a healing divine light. I play sound healing in the end. It’s a high frequency instruments in the end, that raise your vibrations
And as well, I can make ceremonial Cacao or herbal tea
