I have an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and graduate degree in Exercise Sports Psychology and an athlete my whole life and I specialize in sports, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and prenatal massages. If you are broken or need maintenance massages I am your woman as I specialize in veterans, athletes and survivors! I am not your fluff and buff spa therapist!
